Context and objectives

To streamline operations and reduce unit production costs, our firm was engaged to:

• Conduct a diagnostic of the current situation and a critical analysis of existing processes
• Raise awareness and align stakeholders around a common objective
• Implement an organization focused on forecasting
• Develop and provide a Proof of Concept tool to validate deliverables

• Automation of data collection, development of a testing tool
• Initiation of the process with stakeholders
• Execution of 3 S&OP cycles
• Transfer of skills to the manager recruited during the mission
