Security and confidentiality
- MASAÏ employees who may have access to it as part of their duties are bound by a confidentiality agreement,
- The data collected is sent by MICROSOFT, our email provider, to and from secure servers located in Europe,
- Our site is hosted by the company Infomaniak on secure servers located in Europe.
We do everything possible to ensure its protection. However, as the Internet is an open system, MASAÏ cannot guarantee the security of the information that the User transmits to us via the Internet and disclaims all liability in the event of illegitimate or fraudulent use by an unauthorized third party.
Modification of this policy
MASAÏ may modify this policy. In this case, the changes made will only be applicable after a period of 30 business days from the date of modification.
