Support for the IT department of a major national public sector organization in deploying an economic model for the IT function aligned with CIGREF standards.
Implementation of a spending analysis tool to identify optimization levers and necessary adjustments to existing frameworks.
Deliverables
- Organization and facilitation of a training seminar on the Valoptia.ABC software solution and implementation of the model for calculating full IT costs
- Structuring of service and activity catalogs (IT and business) and updating the associated framework
- Definition and development of Power BI dashboards for IT management steering
- Facilitation of ongoing training workshops to ensure team autonomy and effective use of the model
- Enhancement of model drivers for more refined and strategic allocation
