Missions

Support the IT department of our client, an international player in the food sector, in designing an ABC (Activity Based Costing) analytical model, integrating this model into a complex structure, and using ETL features to leverage the data.

Results

• Have an economic model enabling the analysis and allocation of all IT costs of the organization across an international scope
• Manage internal billing of IT services provided by the IT department (DSI)
