Formalization of data flows and creation of the cost processing workflow

Objectives

Support a major social housing provider in defining a target scenario to evolve the management of recoverable staff costs in its accounting software. Cost House was also engaged for the integration, deployment, and onboarding of the Valoptia.ABC and Valoptia.PSA tools.

Deliverables

• Design and formalization of data flows: workshops with operational and IT teams to identify their needs and integrate management rules specific to each entity.​
• Support for technical implementation​: resolution of technical constraints in collaboration with the IT team.
• Change management support: creation of training on the use of Valoptia ABC and PSA tools for each user group and implementation of data visualization tools according to their needs.

Results

• Simplified a complex process for handling recoverable staff costs involving the entire value chain, improving transparency and analysis of the data provided. ​
• Standardized the process across the group.

Success factors

• Adaptation of an ABC cost model to a specific business need – social housing regulations
• A project spanning from needs identification to delivery of solutions fully integrated into the client’s IT ecosystem
