- Nationwide scope with 110 sites across the country for 2 entities.
- Financial stakes: €3 million excl. VAT
Assignment framework
- Careful review of the specifications to challenge the existing setup in light of regulatory changes, the tertiary decree, and new ways of working (remote work, flex office, etc.)
- Recommendations to improve, reorganize and optimize services with a view to reducing the budget by 10% to 15%
- Stakeholder interviews – REX
- Recommendations on the resources deployed on sites (human resources, mandatory presence, time coverage/hours, IT resources and required applications, communication means, specific tools, equipment)
- Proposal of monitoring and quality indicators
- Formalization of the specifications and associated documents

- Deployment of a governance and management model
- Define the “right-sized” need and standardize the specifications in order to rationalize the supplier panel and achieve measurable and sustainable savings
