• Conducting interviews with various stakeholders in the company to better understand internal operations and map processes
• Analysis of feedback, synthesis, and definition of the SWOT
• Analysis of the procurement maturity of both entities
• Recommendation of an agile integration model, ensuring coordination between the two structures post-TSA
• Securing the transfer of supplier contracts
• Establishment of an appropriate governance structure to place Procurement at the center of relationships with internal clients (monitoring of contract transfers)
