Startup coaching in an incubator

Mission

AXEL supports Le Catalyseur Paris Ouest La Défense to monitor 10 startups integrated into the Atterrissage-Rebond program.

This program aims to temporarily help startups best prepare for future incubation or manage a transition period (landing), while supporting them in establishing themselves and developing sustainably in the Paris Ouest La Défense area (rebound).

Objectives

• Understand the development challenges of startups
• Define an action plan over 3, 6, or 9 months
• Track the evolution of their activity, connect them with local stakeholders, and offer them suitable rebound solutions

• Creation and updating of a monthly tracking file
• Directory of experts
• Directory of rebound solutions
