Design & facilitation of cybersecurity workshops

Mission

Support CYBIAH, a digital security player, in structuring and facilitating workshops to strengthen cybersecurity in SMEs and local authorities. The aim of the approach is to make cybersecurity accessible to SMEs and enable a better understanding of the issues.

Objectives

• Co-create the content of cybersecurity workshops
• Facilitate cybersecurity workshops in a fun and interactive way
• Convert SME leaders participating in the cybersecurity workshops into « ambassadors » of the initiative and onboard them into our client’s offering journey

Results

• 80 SMEs made aware
• Creation of workshop facilitation materials
• Report and satisfaction survey after each workshop
• Facilitation of 10 workshops during 2024
